OsteoStrong has been a weekly staple in my life since 2018 when they opened. I originally joined to address my knee pain which has gotten significantly better and have stayed for so long for the vibrant community in the center. The team in the center (Jared, Alanna, Maria and Nola) and owners have truly built something beautiful in Mar Vista and I am so happy to have been a part of this lovely group for 5 years now. Along with the awesome team, the other members and their occasional furry friends (shoutout to Bella!) are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgable to share space with. I'll keep coming as long as they are around!

I’ve been going to Osteostrong for about 6 months now . Within the first 5 months I noticed more strength in my spine and neck . I have more movement, less sensitivity, and more strength !
My Osteostrong is such a wonderful environment too. If you’re having a challenging day, just come in here. The staff is absolutely amazing. You are always greeted with a smile. They get along well with each other as a true team and they are always positive and encouraging to the members. They are so supportive and uplifting and always make me laugh.
A team member always walks you through each exercise and everything is documented so no matter which trainer you have, everyone is on the same page with your progress.
I highly recommend you give Osteostrong a try. It’s very healing for your body and your soul !

I recently started OsteoStrong in Mar Vista. The staff is excellent! The facility is wonderful. I appreciate the care and support the staff provide. I like seeing my stats compared to my previous visits. I feel stronger and more stable on my feet. The arch supports they recommended is helping with my hip/ knee/ ankle alignment, reducing any back or hip pain I had. Im hopeful that my bone density scan next year shows improvement.
These guys are the best - good vibes only. But even when I wasn’t feeling so great, they were so sweet. My mood always get a boost here - they are lots of fun. Sometimes I stay here for 3 hours or so because I meet people & start socializing. Love love love it here. I’m only 4 months in so I haven’t had another DEXA to see results yet but everyone I talk to - they keep coming back year after year because they have had bone growth.
